Neteam PBH - Prepaid Block of Hours Service Contract Agreement
Neteam PBH – Prepaid Block of Hours Service Plan. The Neteam PBH plan is a prepaid block of hours that you can use however you wish. As you need support, we will deduct hours from your pool of available hours. These hours can be used for any Neteam Service, whether it is for Information Technology, General Support, Projects, Phone System Programming or any other service Neteam Solutions offers. These hours never expire, and you will receive a monthly report that shows how your hours were used, as well as how much time there is left on your block.
Neteam MHS – Monthly Hours Service Contract Agreement
The Neteam MHS plan is a Monthly block of hours that you can use however you wish. As you need support, we will deduct hours from your pool of available hours. These hours can be used for any Neteam Service, whether it is for Information Technology, General Support, Projects, Phone System Programming or any other service Neteam Solutions offers. These hours expire at the end of the month.

Neteam SMP – Server Maintenance Plan
The Neteam SMP plan is a full service maintenance package for your server. We monitor and make sure all systems are running efficiently and we perform monthly preemptive maintenance to ensure your server runs healthy and stable. We monitor you server’s backups, critical services, hard drive RAID integrity, perform system updates, defrag the hard drive, and run diagnostics on the system to ensure everything is running smooth. If we find any errors, we will fix and correct them.
Neteam MSP – Managed Services
The Neteam managed services is a fixed fee service for unlimited management priced on a per device model. We monitor and make sure your device is running efficiently and we perform monthly preemptive maintenance to ensure your system runs healthy and stable. We remotely monitor your devices critical services and get instantly notified if something fails or needs attention. We also offer unlimited support for any issues that are related to the device.
